What's the hitch and how can we do this for so much less than other larger companies? Like any other professional practice such as an attorney or accountant, we bill you for our expenses, subject to your pre-approval of course. We are sure that the money you save on the traditional 5-6% listing will be far more than the prudent advertising budget we will prepare for you based on our knowledge and experience of what works in the market.
Option II - Flat Fee MLS for $495
This option is for For Sale By Owners and do-it-yourself-ers. If all you need to get your home sold is a listing on MLS, and you are willing to pay a buyer's broker if they bring you a buyer, then this option is for you.
- Your property listed on Ulster County MLS, as well as Orange/Rockland for properties in Southern Ulster County
- We will place a sign on your property
- Your property will be listed on the following real estate websites: Yahoo, Realtor.com, House.com, Homes.com, Real-Estate.com, VLSHomes.com, AltaVista.com, Google, UlsterCountyByOwner.com, LongIslandPress.com, MSNBC.com and more as we add them, Trulia, Zillow, Craig's List, Bing, and all other real estate mortage portals
- You owe no commission to any listing broker
- You can continue to sell the property yourself and owe no commission
- Update to full service at any time
Other services are available on an "ala carte" basis; pay as you go including "pay as you go" staging services, transaction management, showing reports, and more.
